Firas’s work as part of Mashrou’ Leila has earned him accolades and awards across the world. CNN called his band “the voice of their generation”. His compositions for Film, Sound Installations and VR experiences have generated a narrative thinking in his music, and his deep rooted love for Arab story-telling brought him to founding Last Floor with Dani and Nasri.
At Last Floor Productions he co-created Al Shak and Fixer and served as creative producer on projects for Apple and the V&A.
He is a member of the Recording Academy/GRAMMYs.
NASRI ATALLAH
CO-FOUNDER - HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT
Nasri is obsessed with storytelling in all its forms and eager to bring more Arab voices into global entertainment. Nasri has worked in the media industry for a decade in various roles; producing, promoting and exporting film, digital content, music & writing from the Middle East and beyond. Away from production he is a contributing editor at GQ Middle East and a contributor to the BBC Arts Hour.
At Last Floor Productions he co-created Al Shak and served as executive producer on Fixer and projects for Apple and the V&A.
He is a member of the Society of Authors in the United Kingdom.
DANIEL HABIB
CO-FOUNDER - HEAD WRITER
Dani is an unstoppable story-teller. With a decade’s worth of experience in writing and producing content at Heyoka Media, Dani now dedicates his time to leading our writer’s room and developing original Arab genre fiction. Previous to LFP, his work includes writing on the critically acclaimed web series ‘Beirut I Love You’, co-creating the hit web series ‘Kazdoura’ and ‘Movie Court’ as well as teaching scriptwriting.
At Last Floor Productions he co-created Al Shak and Fixer.
He is a lecturer in TV Writing at the Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts (Alba).
